High Speed, Low Loss Multifunctional Epoxy with a Tg of 210°C. The SI® option provides optimal Signal Integrity and Precise Impedance Control.
N4000-7 SI®
Low CTE FR-4 Epoxy with a Tg of 155°C providing improved thermal properties and high dimensional stability. The SI® option provides lower Dk and Df values for high speed, low loss applications.
