SANTA CLARA, CA, December 27, 2012 – Cirexx International, Inc., a leader in quick turn prototype and production manufacture of high reliability flex and rigid-flex printed circuits, announces the purchase of the ATG A5 Neo Flying Probe Test System for their rapidly growing fabrication division.
The A5 Neo has 8 high speed test heads (4 Top, 4 Bottom) equipped with 4 cameras for extremely fast and intelligent board scanning. In addition, it has new options such as high voltage test up to 500 Volts and the ability to test embedded components. The A5 Neo also comes with soft touch pins reducing the witness marks on the boards.
