QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Quality Control Manager will oversee the evaluation of finished product for quality and reliability and look for ways of improving the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality products.
GENERAL NATURE OF WORK:
Ensure product meets acceptable quality standards. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control standards. Manage and coordinate the work of the Quality Control department.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
5 years’ experience in a quality control environment in the Printed Circuit Board Industry.

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be familiar with a variety of printed circuit board industry concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Must be familiar with ISO and AS9100 standards.
  • Must be able to lead and direct the work of others and work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
  • Must have excellent communication, analytical and organization skills.
  • Must have good computer and keyboard skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have 20/20 near vision with or without corrective lenses.
  • Must be able to read blue prints and specifications.
  • Must be able to use magnifying rings, microscopes and measuring reticles.
  • Must be a U.S. Person under the requirements of ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).

MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Manufacturing Engineer will drive improvements to the assembly operation; assist in SMT programming; write procedures; assist with job planning; prepare planning documents; review RMA’s and submit corrective actions. interface with customers and vendors.

GENERAL NATURE OF WORK:
The Manufacturing Engineer will provide support to the assembly operation to ensure ongoing product & process improvements to meet quality, continuous process improvement and production goals.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High School education. Should also possess a technical degree.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
2 years’ experience in an engineering capacity.

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have good computer and keyboard skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be well organized, disciplined and self-motivated with the capability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Must be able to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to read blue prints, BOMS and specifications

SURFACE MOUNT TECHNICIAN

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assembly of printed circuit boards using SMT equipment, including screen printer, pick and place, and reflow oven.

GENERAL NATURE OF WORK:
Machine operation

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Set-up, care, and operation of SMT machines. Knowledge of SMT components and techniques to assemble. Knowledge of solder pastes and flux materials.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
No experience

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Manual dexterity required for feeder set-up.
  • Requires standing for the majority of the workday.
  • Requires good vision and hand dexterity to work with very small parts.

AOI OPERATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
run AOI machine all aspects including programming.

High school or equivalent joib experience. Familiar with programming and operating AOI machine.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of hands on experience with AOI operations.

High school education or equivalent job experience. Familiar with part removal techniques such as use of solder sucker and local hot air.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of hands-on experience assembly or soldering circuit boards.

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to read, write, and understand English.
  • Familiar with surface mount components and assembly documentation including bill of material.
  • Must have 20/20 vision with or without corrective lenses.
  • Must be able to use a lighted magnifier and microscope.
  • Able to solder/install surface mount parts down to 0402 size.
  • Able to work in team environment; pay attention to details; perform work accurately and follow directions.

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive parts. Track and expedite parts shortages. Audit kits. Maintain stock room.

GENERAL NATURE OF WORK:
Work order tracking. Parts coordination.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school education or equivalent job experience.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
5 years experience in electronics assembly environment. 1 year of experience in production. Control capacity.

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to read, write, and understand English.
  • Familiar with electronic components.
  • Good computer skills including the use of the internet, e-mial and Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Must be able to lift and transport light boxes.

DRY FILM OPERATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clean, load and operate dry film machines.

GENERAL NATURE OF WORK:
Load dry film on to panels; shoot images on panels; develop panels and feed panels in to hot roll machine.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school education or equivalent work experience.

Able to read, write, and understand English.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior experience required.

SCREENING OPERATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coat and apply LPI and legend.

GENERAL NATURE OF WORK:
Clean panels coming in from Quality Control department; coat panels with solder mask; apply image to panel; develop panel; shoot legend screens and apply legend.

Positions available on both Day shift and Swing shift.
Day shift 6:00am – 2:30pm
Swing shift 2:30pm – 11:00pm
Work schedules can be modified upon request

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school education or equivalent work experience.

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Able to read, write, and understand English.
Able to read and understand blue prints.
Must have 20/20 vision with or without corrective lenses.

ELECTROPLATED COPPER PLATING OPERATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct all Copper Electroplating operations to product according to customer specifications. Keep all tanks at optimum performance according to chemical manufactures/company requirements.

GENERAL NATURE OF WORK:
Rack panels then clean panels through a chemical clean tank line. Copper plate panels and then dip in water rinse tank. Tin plate panels and then dip in water rinse tank.  Unrack panels and move to the next department.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
None.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Able to read and understand English; able to understand blueprints and all other plating requirements.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior experience required.

ABILITIES (PHYISCAL, MENTAL APTITUDES):
Able to work in team environment; pay attention to details; perform work accurately and in detail; and follow directions.

OTHER:
This position requires US citizenship or Permanent Residency to meet ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations)

ASSEMBLY Q.C. INSPECTOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform final visual inspection of printed circuit assemblies; including components and soldering, per B.O.M. and actual drawings.

GENERAL NATURE OF WORK:
Inspection to be done under magnifier and microscope. Prepare products for shipment per schedule. Perform various assembly tasks as required.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school education or equivalent job experience.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
3 years minimum experience in printed circuit assembly with 1 year emphasis.

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to read, write, and understand English.
  • Must be familiar with IPC-610 (assembly) and J-STD-001 (soldering) requirements.
  • Must have 20/20 vision with or without corrective lenses.
  • Must be able to use a lighted magnifier and microscope.
  • Able to work in team environment; pay attention to details; perform work accurately and in detail; and follow directions.
  • This position requires U.S Citizenship or permanent residency to meet ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulation)
