Customer Service Representative
MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to provide support to the assembly operation to ensure ongoing product & process improvements to meet quality; continuous process improvement and production goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive improvements to the assembly operation; SMT programming; assist with job planning; traveler preparation; procedure writing; interface with customers and vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS
At least 2 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing field and knowledge of the printed circuit manufacturing and/or assembly process.
Prefer an associate’s degree in a technical field (science, engineering, computer).

SKILLS
Candidate must be able to read, write, speak and understand English and effectively communicate requirements; resolve conflicts and achieve objectives.
Excellent computer skills including MS Office. Able to work in a team environment in a small close knit group.
Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR requirements.
This position is regular full time exempt.

Q.C. INSPECTOR
Q.C. INSPECTOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector who will perform all aspects of in-process and final inspection, maintain records and database, prepare certificates of compliance, first article reports, and other pertinent documents and reports related to the Q.C. Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school education; at least 3 years of experience working in a Q.C. Department in the printed circuit board industry; familiarity with IPC6012, IPC 6013 and Military standards.

SKILLS

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English; basic computer skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.

This position is regular full time hourly non-exempt.

SMT ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN
SMT ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN

We are seeking a SMT Assembly Technician who will set up and operate SMT equipment including Paste Printer, P & P machine, reflow oven, to achieve production and quality requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Run production on surface mount line using solder paste printer, pick & place and reflow oven, determine process methods and maintain equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school education; at least 3 years of experience working with automatic surface mount equipment in a production environment; good working knowledge of P & P machines and SMT components; Prefer familiarity with programing software.

SKILLS

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English; basic computer skills.

This position is regular full time hourly non-exempt.

CAM OPERATOR
CAM OPERATOR

We are seeking a CAM Operator who has experience with Genesis CAM software.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Input, edit and panelize job using Gerber data on the Genesis CAM software. Interface with customers to resolve data problems.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school education; at least 3 years of CAM experience using Genesis CAM software.

SKILLS

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Good communication skills. Basic math and computer skills. Able to work in a team environment. Must be a US Person under ITAR requirements.

This position is regular full time non-exempt.
