Cirexx provides a full range of Printed Wiring Board (PWB) products and services. From Circuit Layout and Gerber File creation, through Circuit Board Fabrication, and finally automated component Assembly and Test. All of this is accomplished in-house without the expensive, time-consuming and messy need to out-source or “partner” with anyone. This extensive in-house capability is at the root of Cirexx’s popular and effective Quick-Turn Service. Rigid Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) can be made in as little as 24 hours, and Flex Circuits in just 72 hours.
Cirexx has implemented a number of systems, all of which are networked, to expedite every aspect of the PWB supplier operation. This begins with a fast-moving and nimble quoting procedure, which includes DFM (design for manufacture) checks, stack ups, real-time material availability, and shop loading estimates. The Front End Engineering is an automated process that is segregated by product type: PCB, Flex Circuit with or without Assembly. The Planning and Tooling is generated on a Valor GenFlex platform and networked directly into many pieces of fabrication equipment.
