Cirexx has J-STD-001 certified trainers who maintain the certifications of all soldering personnel at the company. Additionally, the company maintains two J-STD-001ES certifications – the space applications version – to service customers with those requirements.
Many Printed Wiring Board applications require the assembly of components that cannot be placed with automated equipment, such as through-hole, large/bulky items and sensitive devices. These are manufactured manually by trained and certified operators in accordance with the requirements of J-STD-001 ES. The specification details the process, the acceptability standards and guidelines for rework and repair. Customers can be assured that all assembly performed at Cirexx is of the highest quality and reliability.
